The coin is rimmed with the Georgian and English inscriptions: name of state.

The saint father riding on a lion (11th century gilded silver plate of Gelati monastery). The denomination numeral '10' with the Georgian inscription 'Thetri' underneath is featured on the right hand side of the coin. The coin is rimmed with a plant ornamental edging.
