 Inscriptions "Israel" in Hebrew and Arabic. Four-stringed lyre.

 Origin of motif: Bar-Kochba coin (132 - 135 C.E.). Simon bar Kokhba was the last Jewish monarch of Judea.

 

The denomination "5 Pruta" and year of minting in Hebrew (JE5709 =AD1949),  two stylized olive branches around the rim. Coins occur with and without a small pearl under the bar connecting the wreath.
