The inscriptions along the rim: in the upper part - "Bank of Russia", in the lower one - the year of issue. To the left and to the right on the outer ring - images of laurel and oak twigs. In the centre of the disc - the denomination. Inside of the figure '0' - a security element in the form of the figure '10', and the inscription 'ÐÓÁ'  ('Rub' - the abbr.  for Rubles) visible at different angles of vision relatively to the plane of the coin. In the lower part of the disc - the mint mark.

The inscriptions on the ring along the rim: in the upper part - 'The Russian Federation', in the lower one - 'The Tver Rregion'. In the center - the image of the coat of arms of the Tver Region.
